By accessing and using ChrysoKit (chrysokit.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of them, please discontinue use of the site. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the site and its tools.
Use at your own risk
ChrysoKit tools are provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Calculators (BMI, loan, compound interest, and similar) are informational only; always verify critical decisions with a qualified professional. Financial, medical, legal, tax and security decisions should not be made solely on the basis of a free web tool.
Fair use
- You may use ChrysoKit for personal or commercial work, free of charge.
- You may not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it aggressively, or reverse engineer the site to produce a clone passing as ours.
- You may not use ChrysoKit to break laws in your jurisdiction (for example, using the hash generator to attack someone else's password).
- You are responsible for any content you process through the tools and for ensuring you have the right to use it.
Intellectual property
The ChrysoKit name, logo, site design, written content, and the source code of the tools are the property of ChrysoKit and its founder, and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may use the tools and freely use the outputs you generate with them. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute the site's code, design, or written articles as your own without permission. Third-party libraries used on the site remain the property of their respective owners under their own licences.
Third-party links and services
ChrysoKit displays advertising through Google AdSense and may link to external websites, including affiliate links and a tip/donation service. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. The use of advertising and cookies is described in our Privacy Policy. Some tools fetch data from third-party sources (for example, exchange rates); the accuracy of that external data is not guaranteed.
Accuracy
We try to keep the tools correct, but bugs happen. If you spot one, let us know and we will work to fix it.
Changes
These terms may change as the site evolves. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated version. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChrysoKit and its founder are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools.
